Steven Odegard was arraigned in Suffolk Superior Court. After pleading “Not Guilty” to the murder of Daniel Yakovleff, he was held without bail. The tentive date for a trial to begin is set for December 14, 2009
MONDAY DECEMBER 15, 2008
Steven Odegard was indicted by the Suffolk Grand Jury for the murder of Daniel Yakovleff. A warrant is issued for Odegard’s arrest.

Dan’s friends and co-workers are notified of Dan’s death.
JANUARY 17, 2008
Daniel Yakovleff was found murdered at 56 Tuttle Street in Dorchester after a 911 call was phoned in by the apartment’s tenant, Steven Odegard.

Dan was last seen at The Eagle on Tremont Street in the South End.
